On 18 September, the meeting was held between the executive director of the Partnership Fund, Mr. Davit Saganelidze and the President of the Polish-Georgian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Georgia, Mr. Marcin Rutowicz. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Managers of the Partnership Fund Giorgi Danelia and Giorgi Khelaia.
At the meeting, Mr. Saganelidze briefed Mr. Rutowicz on the key sectors of the Fund’s activities and noted that working on joint investment projects is important for the Fund in order to further enhance economic relations between Poland and Georgia.
The President of Chamber in Georgia noted that one of the main goals of the Chamber’s activities is to bring Polish investments to the Georgian market. As it’s mentioned, Polish businessmen are particularly interested in investing in Georgia’s agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
The sides discussed possible future cooperation in this regard and planned to meet Polish investors interested in the agricultural sector within the framework of a business visit to Georgia.
